Subscribers should not use the Intelligence Workspace as a repository for complete payment-card information, passwords, passport information, medical information, government identification documents, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information.
13. Customer-Controlled Business Information
Cruise Maniac products may assist customers in creating their own business records, workbooks, operating files, decision records, forms, templates, or other materials.
The customer remains responsible for personal information that the customer independently collects from travelers, clients, employees, contractors, suppliers, or other individuals and enters into customer-controlled records or systems.
Customers are responsible for determining:
- What information they are permitted to collect;
- Whether notice or consent is required;
- How long information should be retained;
- Who may access the information;
- How information should be secured;

Cruise Maniac does not become the travel advisor, travel agency, employer, legal advisor, privacy officer, or data-compliance professional for a customer merely because the customer uses a Cruise Maniac product.
